DLC
Downloadable Content (ダウンロードコンテンツ, Daunrōdo Kontentsu), often abbreviated to "DLC", is additional game content that can be accessed via purchasing them in online stores.
There are three paid DLC packs (with a free foreign language DLC pack), revolving around the three eras of Fire Emblem history that played a part in Story Mode. Each individual pack is $8.99 USD / $11.59 CAD each and contains:
- 3 new playable Units
- New weapons (except in the Fates DLC Pack)
- 3 new History Mode maps
- New costumes for certain characters
- More Broken-Armor Models for era-specific Units
- New Badges that are for completing the DLC History Mode Maps
A player may also purchase the Season Pass for $19.99 USD / $25.79 CAD to download each pack at once, as well as receive a Bride costume for Lucina.
